EU Commission criticizes the lack of competition

What happens if one requires mobile phone companies price caps? Clear: they draw and the top off. Real competition, complains the EU Commission, rule is still not in this market.

Brussels - The prices for mobile phone calls abroad are the European Commission is still too high.
